I Am Not Your Negro (2016) is a documentary film and social critique film essay directed by Raoul Peck,[3] based on James Baldwin's unfinished manuscript Remember This House. Narrated by actor Samuel L. Jackson, the film explores the history of racism in the United States through Baldwin's recollections of civil rights leaders Medgar Evers, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr., as well as his personal observations of American history.

The Foreigner's Home (2018) explores Toni Morrison's artistic and intellectual vision through "The Foreigner's Home," her 2006 exhibition at the Louvre. Through exclusive footage of Morrison in dialogue with artists, along with extensive archival footage, music, and photographs, the film presents a series of candid and incisive exchanges about race, identity, "foreignness," and art's redemptive power.
