Adam Scott Q&A via Skype on Friday, July 3rd

Continuing not only its commitment of presenting the most interesting films to Cleveland but also of providing audiences rare, direct access to the key talent from these works, the Cedar Lee Theatre (2163 Lee Rd., Cleveland Hts.) will be hosting a live Q&A with ADAM SCOTT, star of the new comedy THE OVERNIGHT. The Q&A will take place following the 7:15 PM showing at the Cedar Lee on Friday, July 3rd.

In THE OVERNIGHT Alex (Adam Scott), Emily (Taylor Schilling), and their son, RJ, have recently moved to Los Angeles's Eastside from Seattle. Feeling lost in a new city, they are desperate to find their first new friends. After a chance meeting with Kurt (Jason Schwartzman) at the neighborhood park, they gladly agree to join family pizza night at his home. But as it gets later and the kids go to bed, the family "playdate" becomes increasingly more revealing as the couples begin to open up.

Writer/director Patrick Brice's second feature is a painfully funny take on thirty-something sexual frustration and parenthood. Featuring memorable lead performances by Taylor Schilling, Adam Scott, Jason Schwartzman, and Judith Godrèche, each actor nimbly balances the script's sudden emotional turns from surprising honesty to complete embarrassment. Produced by Gettin' Rad and theDuplass Brothers, THE OVERNIGHT tells a complex story of universal inadequacies.

Praised by critics as "an unpredictably weird and delightful sex comedy" (Variety) "with a quartet of playfully scrappy actors who couldn't be better suited to their roles" (Rolling Stone), THE OVERNIGHT is the year's boldest comedy and will open at both the Cedar Lee Theatre and Capitol Theatre (1390 W. 65th St., Cleveland) starting Friday, July 3rd.

Tickets to see THE OVERNIGHT are $9.50 for adults, $6.50 for seniors 60 and over after 6:00 PM. Matinee tickets for shows before 6:00 PM are $6.75 Friday through Sunday and $6.00 Monday through Thursday. Additional show times can be found here. (Please note that only the 7:15 PM showing on July 3rd at the Cedar Lee Theatre will feature the Q&A with Adam Scott.)  Click here for tickets
